Who am I?

​

I am Lynnette, also known as L.U.V., Founder and Creative Director of LUVISFREE™.​  At my core, I’m a storyteller by nature and a translator of human experience, moving lived experiences into clarity, growth, transformation, and authentic expression.​​ What started as expression evolved into something far more meaningful: an ecosystem, a framework, and more importantly, a way of being built from my own concept:

I started with myself by realizing I can dream, imagine, and create. Even deeper than that, by loving myself, I understood that Love is foundational, not transactional.​ Before we go into why you should book or hire me, here are a few things I love to do: I write what I call identity journalism (stories that translate experience into understanding), mentor, teach, motivate, dance, cycle.​ Storyteller by nature, coach by design. 

 

This is where I find my joy, my IT, my why.; bcause it’s less about marketing and more about your soul. My approach is rooted in frequency and alignment.​ If I resonate, you will feel led or compelled to move forward.

My Experience

​

For the last 11+ years, I’ve operated inside systems, building reports, structuring data, shaping strategy, forecasting, supporting leadership, building teams, mentoring, and navigating relationships, moving with the goalpost and, at times, being the goalpost.​ All while exploring self, aging forward and backward (just kidding… but seriously).​ What I truly grew to embody was reading the room beyond the data.​ I’ve called myself a jack of all trades, yet a master of none, a teacher and a student, understanding that life is a curriculum. From this perspective, I’ve had the ability to see, feel, and sense where things align and where they don’t now, I’m in a different space. I’m moving in a direction that aligns with the most authentic version of myself, my core values, and my mission.

 

That direction is not linear.​

Because I don’t operate from just one lens. I’ve spent years working inside structure, data, and strategy, while also learning how to read what isn’t always said, seen, or captured. That combination allows me to see patterns, gaps, and opportunities that are often missed.
