All purchases made through LUVISFREE™ are final sale.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Customized clothing and apparel
Customized hats
Accessories
Personal care goods, including beauty products, undergarments, and intimate apparel

Due to the nature of these items, all sales are non-reversible.

Shipping & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
LUVISFREE™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Any order requiring reshipment due to customer error will incur an additional shipping fee.
Processing times may vary due to customization and production requirements.

LUVISFREE™ is not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
