Nature of Services

 

Consulting services provide strategic insight, analysis, and recommendations. Implementation and results remain the responsibility of the client.

Scope of Work

 

Scope will be defined per project or agreement. Any additional work outside of scope may require a revised agreement or additional fees.

Payment Terms

Consulting services may be structured as retainers, project-based engagements, or hourly work. Payment terms will be outlined in the individual agreement and may include upfront payment, end-of-month (EOM) billing, or milestone-based payments.

No Guarantees

LUVISFREE™ does not guarantee specific business, financial, or operational outcomes.
All recommendations are provided as guidance, and results may vary based on client execution and external factors.

Client Responsibility

 

Clients are responsible for decisions, implementation, and results derived from consulting recommendations.

 

Confidentiality

LUVISFREE™ agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information, including internal data, strategy, and financial information, unless disclosure is required by law.​​​​

Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, and materials provided remain the intellectual property of LUVISFREE™ unless otherwise agreed.

Limitation of Liability

LUVISFREE™ is not liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the use or application of consulting services.
